Our free range beef is sourced from some of Australia’s best producers – Eggcettera Farm, Cape Grim, Rangeland Quality Meats, just to name a few. In particular, we work exclusively with Eggcettera Farm to provide our customers with a very unique Beer Malt Fed Beef.  Eggcettera Farm practices sustainable and ethical farming. This philosophy has enabled the creation of a uniquely flavoured beef, resulting from the feeding of upcycled spent grain from Newstead Brewing Co.  This beef is then dry aged in-house for 36 days.
