We sure do! Here’s a few things that will speed up your order process and simplify things when your order arrives:

  1. Create an Account – you’ll save time when ordering as all your details are saved and you can reorder with the click of a button from your account page. You can even choose to be notified when out of stock products are back in stock.
  2. Utilise the Waitlist function – if one of your regularly ordered products is out of stock, click into the Product and click the Add to Waitlist button. You’ll be advised as soon as the product goes back into stock.
  3. Search for products via our Categories sections. We’ve categorised products so they are easy to find. Keep an eye on the New Products category for new landings and remember to check The Pantry – it’s got all your staples and a whole lot of other interesting and delicious products.
  4. Utilise the Notes section at the checkout to leave any special requests for our butchers – diced, sliced etc.
  5. If you need your products packaged in particular quantities, order them that way. eg if you want 2 bags of 500gm mince – simply order Quantity 2 / Weight 500gm mince and that’s how we’ll pack it. (There’s no need to order 1kg and ask for it to be packed in 2 bags.)
  6. Use the Serving Suggestions & Recipes and Cooking Instructions tabs on individual product pages for inspiration and to take the guesswork out of how to cook.
  7. Head to our Recipes pages for a whole lot more cooking inspiration. We’ve teamed up with food and travel writer, Alana Lowes, who weaves her magic and showcases our products in her delicious recipes. They are all simple and stunning!

We know some people are reluctant to order meat online as it is a perishable product. You can be confident your Meat at Billy’s delivery is safe. Our delivery service has been running since 2014 and since then, we’ve delivered thousands of online orders.

In 2020, with years of experience under our belt, we opened a brand new, dedicated production site for preparation of all our online orders.

Once your online order is prepared, it is packed in a polybox with ice packs, sealed and then transported in our own Meat at Billy’s refrigerated vehicle which is registered with Food Safe Queensland. This ensures the goods are delivered to you meeting national food safety standards.

Meat at Billy’s insulated polyboxes are a temporary cold-store solution. Ideally your order should be transferred to a refrigerator or freezer as soon as possible and within two hours of delivery.

All deliveries are made by our own Meat at Billy’s drivers in our own refrigerated Meat at Billy’s vans … keep a close eye out for Pat, our dancing delivery driver (who also happens to be Billy’s Dad 😉)

Ideally the order should be placed in the fridge immediately upon receiving it. Therefore it is best to have the order delivered to an address where someone will be available to receive it. Deliveries can be made to a place of work. If a work place address is listed as the delivery address then we will assume that accepting personal deliveries is within the company’s rules and regulations.

We realise that certain situations are unavoidable and sometimes, you may not be available to receive your order. Each order is packed in an insulated polybox with ice packs and this will keep your order at a suitable temperature for up to 2 hours (depending on the weather).

If nobody is available to receive the delivery, our delivery driver will endeavour to leave your order in a safe place out of the sun (where possible). They will take a photo of the delivery and send it with a text (via the number you provide us) advising that delivery has been made.

Once your order has been delivered, it is no longer the responsibility of Meat at Billy’s. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once we have handed over the goods.

If you find there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery either via email info@meatatbillys.com.au or phone 3366 2912 (Menu Option #3 – Online Orders & Home Delivery).

Absolutely. We love to Reduce. Reuse. Recycle.

If you wish to have us recycle your polybox, please leave it out for collection on your next scheduled delivery. We will happily recycle and reuse all polyboxes that are clean and in useable condition.
