Please note: these classes are ‘back to basics’ Weber BBQ Cooking on Charcoal classes (not low and slow).
Skills learned in this class will help to form a solid basis of knowledge & build confidence in the basic areas of charcoal BBQ cooking – eg. equipment, lighting, heat regulation, cooking techniques, maintenance, choosing cuts and more.

Join us for an epic afternoon of BBQ and local craft beer at our first ever Meat at Billy’s Low and Slow BBQ class. Get some smokin’ hot tips from our butchers and some of Brisbane’s Low n Slow BBQ pros. You’ll learn all the things you need to get started at home followed by an unforgettable feed of smoked BBQ delights.
