Back to Basics – Cooking on Charcoal

Please note: these classes are ‘back to basics’ Weber BBQ Cooking on Charcoal classes (not low and slow).

Skills learned in this class will help to form a solid basis of knowledge & build confidence in the basic areas of charcoal BBQ cooking – eg. equipment, lighting, heat regulation,  cooking techniques, maintenance, choosing cuts and more.

Hands on class – you light & cook.
