SALTED MAPLE ROASTED APPLES
Serves: 4-6 | Prep time: 10 mins | Cook time: 25-30 mins
Pork and apple is a classic pairing that’s hard to go past. By roasting the apples with butter, maple and salt, they take on a delicious salted caramel note that works so well with the pork.
What’s also great about the apples is that they come together with a minimum of fuss. No peeling, no need to take the cores out. Our Salted Maple Roasted apples are a wonderful accompaniment to your next pork roast.

150g butter, softened
2 tsp sea salt flakes
2 tbsp maple syrup
6 apples such as pink lady, halved

Mix together the butter, salt and maple syrup.
