Eat at Billy’s Signature Pork Belly Porchetta
This pork belly porchetta is one and the same used by Eat at Billys on “The Big Paulie” sandwich. The seasoning* is our own signature porchetta blend that includes roasted fennel seeds, salt, pepper, garlic, fresh basil, spices & just a touch of mild dried chilli. (*No changes to the seasoning is allowed.)
Porchetta is one of Italy’s most famous dishes no doubt. Fresh pork (sometimes whole suckling pig) seasoned, rolled & roasted. Traditionally, porchetta is served on bread, most likely a panini. It’s so delicious on its own it really & truly doesn’t need anything else.
The pork belly porchetta is made using Ryukyu Berkshire Cross pork. Our Ryukyu Berkshire Cross Pork is farmed direct from the Byron Bay Hinterland in Northern New South Wales. These animals have been raised in an ethical and respectful, stress free environment.
