Ryukyu Berkshire Cross Pork Loin Porchetta
One of Italy’s most famous dishes no doubt. Fresh pork (sometimes whole suckling pig) seasoned, rolled & roasted.
We make 2 versions pork belly or pork loin. Our pork loin porchetta is made using Ryukyu Berkshire Cross pork, sourced farm direct locally.
We use pork belly with the loin attached. Our seasoning is our own secret porchetta blend that includes roasted fennel seeds, salt, pepper, garlic, fresh basil, spices & just a touch of mild dried chilli.
Traditionally porchetta is served on bread, most likely a panini. It’s so delicious on its own it really & truly doesn’t need anything else.
Our Ryukyu Berkshire Cross Pork is farmed direct from the Byron Bay Hinterland in Northern New South Wales, these animals have been raised in an ethical and respectful, stress free environment.
