Meat at Billy’s traditionally ‘old fashioned’ double wood smoked, free range bone in whole Christmas ham.
These leg hams are gluten and allergen free. They are an award winning favourite!
Lightly cured and double wood smoked by Gilly’s Smallgoods for 12 hours.
We estimate that a 10kg Christmas ham on the bone will cater generously for 30-40 people with left overs.
NOTE: If you would like our butchers to prepare your ham, ready for glazing (we gently remove the skin, score the fat and then replace the skin before it is cryovacced), please select PREPARED FOR GLAZING in the ‘Cut Options‘.
