Our Chicken thigh cutlets are from Elgin Valley and certified free range.
Chicken thigh cutlets are a versatile cut. Being a bone-in cut with skin on, they have extra flavour and are a great choice for roasting or slow cooking.
Cooking chicken thigh, bone in is a great way to bring out extra flavour in your dish. Start the cooking process with the chicken thigh cutlet skin side down. This will allow the fat to render out, leaving you with crispy skin on top.
Certified free range chicken.

Bake for 10 minutes on each side at 200ºC, or until cooked through or shallow fry until golden.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
• add a bun, cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce and some Japanese mayonnaise
