A moisture infused whole free range chicken with the backbone removed and butterflied out. Butterflying the chicken reduces the cooking time and also means it can be easily cooked over a low heat BBQ grill. Moisture infusion ensures your chicken remains moist and tender.
Our chicken butterflied lemon & garlic version is marinated in lemon, garlic and fresh thyme.
Bake in a preheated 180°c oven for 50 mins OR place bottom side down on a low heat BBQ grill on a trivet and and cook with the lid down. Chicken is cooked when the internal temperature reaches 75°C when thigh area is tested with a digital thermometer.
