These Souvlaki flatbreads lend themselves perfectly to some char grilled butterflied lamb, a little Meredith marinated goats cheese and some Jamworks beetroot relish. You simply don’t need anything else!
To heat, brush the flatbread on both sides with oil. Warm on a hot plate or BBQ grill. Load up with your favourite meat and condiments, fold in half and they’re ready.
They are also great warmed and served on the side of your favourite dips.
