Beef Mince
Delicious, lean grass fed, local beef mince. Approximately 90% fat free.
Our beef mince is our biggest selling item. When you buy mince from us you can be assured it is minced fresh daily and has NOTHING else added to it, ever!
When cooking things like Bolognese, cottage pie etc… for the best results, heat your pan to very hot, season mince well & cook in small batches. We like to ‘sprinkle’ it into the pan in small bits. It may take a little longer to cook this way but it all helps to ensure the mince is properly seared/brown. This caramelisation adds extra flavour and improves the texture of your dish.
