This is not a definitive list as most of our other Meat at Billy’s made products are also GLUTEN FREE eg. sausages, stir fries, kebabs, burgers etc.

NOTE: Meat at Billy’s is not accredited by Coeliac Australia. However we do adhere to strict preparation guidelines when preparing our gluten free crumbed lines. Also, very minimal gluten products are used in our entire catalogue of products, the main exceptions being pastries & the enchiladas that currently use a wheat flour tortilla. These products are always prepared in separate areas and cleaning protocols implemented before gluten free production commences.
