BACON WRAPPED BRIE
WITH BLEND SMOKED HONEY
This Bacon Wrapped Brie with Blend Smoked Honey is the ULTIMATE starter. Salty, Sweet, Savoury & Smokey, all in one. Always a winner.

200g triple cream brie
5 rashers of streaky bacon, enough to wrap around the brie + 2-3 EXTRA PIECES
3 tbsp Blend Smoked Honey
5-6 rosemary sprigs
Preheat the oven to 180° fan forced. Line your baking tray with baking paper.
Wrap the brie with the bacon rashers and tie off with some kitchen twine. Press the rosemary stalks into the top of the brie and place on baking tray. Drizzle with about 1 tbsp of the smoked honey.
Next lay the remaining bacon pieces flat on the tray and brush each side using about another tbsp smoked honey.
Bake for 15 mins until the brie feels soft and gooey to touch and the bacon has caramelised.
Place onto a serving platter while still warm and give it a last minute drizzle with the remaining smoked honey just before serving.
Serve with the extra candied bacon pieces, charcoal crackers, fresh blackberries, dried grapes and olives.
