Product Description
Our Veal Schnitzel are thin cut veal leg steaks lightly battered and crumbed.
Our veal schnitzels are now made using a gluten free crumb and batter. We’ve trialled these in both our Ashgrove and Rosalie stores and the feedback has been fantastic.
GLUTEN FREE
In a frying pan melt some butter & olive oil to a medium heat. Gently cook the schnitzels until golden brown then turn and cook the other side. When cooked at too high of a temperature, the crumbs can burn and stick.
