The cooking part is easy! (we can help – just read the instructions & recommendations below)
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
- Turkey Breast Rolled Roast stuffed with Cranberry & Almond Stuffing – This is a double breast (3kg) of free range turkey that we’ve butterflied and filled with our very own gluten free, Almond, Cranberry & Thyme stuffing. The breast is then rolled and netted into a perfectly shaped roast – ready to cook! Having no bones, these rolled roasts are also a breeze to carve!
- Classic Roast Vegetable Bake: A Classic selection of Winter roast vegetables, already washed, prepped and cut for you. We’ve also added fresh Australian garlic cloves, fresh thyme & rosemary + a small tub of our favourite vegetable seasoning, Jackalope Trading Co’s ‘THE RUB‘! If you decide not to use it on your vegetables, keep it and add it to any lamb or chicken cut next time you’re cooking.
- BONUS Turkey Gravy: This one is complimentary from Billy. We’ve added in this little gem as it’s the perfect complement to your turkey roast dinner. The finishing touch that brings all the flavours together. For best results, we recommend heating the turkey gravy in the same pan that you cooked your turkey breast in. This is where all of the flavour is so reheating the gravy in the same dish will ensure all of those delicious savoury bits will get infused into your gravy. A dash of white wine or prosecco while reheating is also a winning move!

COOKING GUIDE
1. Preheat your oven to 160/170°C.
2. Rub turkey breast with butter or oil & season and place into a baking dish that you can use to reheat the gravy in later Cover with foil.
3. Place into oven, allowing around 20 mins cooking time for every 500g of turkey breast (the total cooking time will depend on your oven of course).
This equates to close to 2 hours cooking time. **See cooking & temperature notes below.
4. At the 45min mark, give the vegetables a good drizzle of extra virgin olive oil & The Rub (if you’re using). Place in oven with the turkey.
5. Remove foil from the turkey breast for the final 30 mins of cooking time to allow the skin to brown.
Optional give a squeeze of fresh lemon and sprinkle of sea salt for the final 30 minutes.
6. Remove and place the turkey onto a plate (leave vegetables unless already cooked to your liking). Cover turkey breast loosely with foil to rest somewhere warm for 15 mins minimum.
7. Place the now empty baking dish from the turkey over a low heat. Empty the turkey gravy sachet into the pan and stir slowly as it comes to a gentle simmer. Make sure you’re mixing in the yummy bits from the bottom of pan. Add a dash of white wine or prosecco here if using. There’ll be some juices pooling on the turkey plate now, carefully pour these into the gravy now too! Even more flavour!!!!
8. If you haven’t done so already, remove the vegetable from the oven and season lightly with some sea salt.
9. Ready to serve!
WINE RECOMMENDATION
La Prova Prosecco as an aperitif
Jericho Fiano or Bulman Rose to serve with the meal.
**COOKING & TEMPERATURE NOTES
Perfect cooking times are near impossible to tell as there are just too many varying factors to consider for each individual scenario. eg. fridge temps, turkey starting temps, home oven temperature variations, protein size etc.
Ultimately the best way to know if your stuffed turkey breast is ready, is to insert a meat thermometer approximately 4cm into the turkey meat (not the stuffing) and measure the temperature. We recommend these Digital Fire Slap Thermometers ones because they’re fast and accurate.
