Our Spring Vegetable Tray Bake A lighter mix of vegetables ideal for a quick roast for a simple side or to roast underneath smaller options such as skewers, sausages, mini roasts or pork fillet subs.
Cherry tomato, zucchini moons, red onion & purple cabbage with fresh Australian garlic cloves, fresh thyme, fresh rosemary + optional Jackalopes ‘THE RUB‘ seasoning*.

TO COOK
Drizzle liberally with extra virgin olive oil (or your preferred oil).
Season with Jackalopes THE RUB (included) or salt & pepper.
Cook at 200°C for 30 mins.
