Smoked wagyu silverside pastrami – made in house.

We take our popular wagyu corned silversides and coat them in Jackalope Pastrami Rub, before smoking them.

Recreate your own iconic pastrami Rueben sandwich by slicing some good bread (preferably rye), adding lots of pastrami, a slice of swiss cheese, sauerkraut and a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing. You’ll also want some dill pickles on the side. Yum!
