Pastrami is a rich and peppery deli meat. It’s made using beef brisket that’s brined, coated in a seasoning mix and then lightly smoked.

Recreate your own iconic pastrami Rueben sandwich by slicing some good bread (preferably rye), adding lots of pastrami, a slice of swiss cheese, sauerkraut and a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing. You’ll also want some dill pickles on the side. Yum!
