These Lebanese lamb koftas are delicious and easy to cook. Our free range lamb mince is seasoned with garlic, onion, cumin and rolled in a Lebanese dukkah.
Just like all our kebabs, these koftas are great for the BBQ.
Cook in a pan or BBQ hot plate for 3-4 minutes each side. Make sure you oil the pan or hotplate well before cooking to ensure they don’t stick.
Squeeze some lemon over the haloumi and serve with a tabouli, hommus and pita bread.
