LAMB RIBS SMOKEY CHIPOTLE MARINATED
Aka, lamb riblets. The lesser known rib compared to a pork or beef rib. Certainly are very fatty but undeniably delicious.
Treat them as you would USA Style Pork Ribs in terms of cooking, slow roasted until soft & sticky with all the fat rendered away.
Alternatively, you can also grill them hot & fast on a BBQ with great results also.
For these we’ve used a Smokey Chipotle marinade for a smokey & spicy kick!
Lamb ribs work well with almost all kinds of flavour combos, sweet & sticky, hot & spicy, wet marinades, dry spice rubs, Asian flavours, Middle Eastern flavours – you name it, it will work! If you’d prefer plain lamb ribs without any marinade, go to this product.
Like with any kind of rich & fatty dish, lamb ribs are best served with some kind of bright & fresh side with vinegar or citrus to help counter balance the richness.
