Creamy Mushroom & Meatball Penne
Sear off meatballs in a medium/hot pan with some olive oil. Remove and sautee some peeled baby mushrooms in olive oil and a little butter. Season with salt and pepper. Add a diced onion and when onion has softened add a clove of crushed garlic. Stir through and immediately add the meatballs back to the pan. Add 300ml pouring cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for a few minutes until the meatballs are done. Serve with penne or pasta of your choice.
Tomato & Meatball Linguini
Sear in a medium hot pan with some olive oil. Then simmer meatballs in a rich tomato pasta sauce until cooked through (a few minutes). Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan and some chopped parsley. Serve with linguini or pasta of your choice.
