SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Billy’s favourite way to use this Salsa is to reverse sear a steak over charcoal then spoon Chimi over the top of the steak.
Alternatively, serve your Chimi with any seafood, chicken, tacos or wraps or on top of some chargrilled butterflied quail or a Caprese salad.
It’s the perfect match with a char grilled picanha too of course!
