    Billy’s in-house made free range chicken Kiev. Chicken breast filled with garlic & sage butter and covered in a gluten free parmesan crumb.

    New to our online store, our free range chicken kievs are now made using a gluten free crumb. We’ve trialled these in both our Ashgrove and Rosalie stores and the feedback has been fantastic.

    Elgin Valley, certified free range.

    GLUTEN FREE

    Spray with oil and bake in a preheated 180°c oven for 30/35 mins or until crumbs are golden brown and internal temperature reaches 75ºC when tested with a digital thermometer.
