Pacdon Park’s Black Pudding is made in the traditional way, from fresh pigs blood, rolled oats, suet, bacon and onion.
Slice into rounds, approximately 1.5cm thick. Heat a small amount of oil or lard in a shallow frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the black pudding slices. Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes . Remove the casing before eating.
For a traditional cooked English breakfast, slice into disks and pan fry (see Cooking Instructions tab). Serve with fried free range eggs, roast tomato, crispy bacon and Cumberland sausage.
