Product Description
Pacdon Park’s Black Pudding is made in the traditional way, from fresh pigs blood, rolled oats, suet, bacon and onion.
COOKING TIPS
Slice into rounds, approximately 1.5cm thick. Heat a small amount of oil or lard in a shallow frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the black pudding slices. Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes . Remove the casing before eating.
SERVING SUGGESTION
For a traditional cooked English breakfast, slice into disks and pan fry. Serve with fried free range eggs, roast tomato, crispy bacon and Cumberland sausage.
