Our Asian Sesame pork medallions are marinated in a simple sesame & soy marinade with some extra sesame seeds thrown in for good measure.
Pan fry, grill on the barbecue or oven bake. They are known for being moist and tender and cook quickly.

Pan fry or BBQ on the hotplate for 3-4 minutes each side over medium heat.
Eat as is or once cooked, slice thinly and serve with stir fried noodles, steamed rice or in rice paper rolls.
For a super quick midweek meal, serve the pork medallions whole or sliced with hokkien noodles and steamed Asian greens drizzled with a little extra hoisin sauce.
Handy hint: Throw the Asian greens into the pan with the pork in the last 2 minutes of cooking and cover with a lid to steam.
