DELIVERY PACKAGING FEE INTRODUCTION

Since we introduced our delivery service in 2015, packaging costs have risen significantly. As a result, we can no longer continue to absorb these costs therefore from March 4th, 2025 we will be introducing a packaging fee of $6.60 per delivery.

To coincide with this change we are providing a positive alternative choice for our customers. It’s an initiative called the NoStyro Project where customers can opt in for a one off fee of $33 and participate in a ‘swap in & swap out’ system using one of our custom made insulated coolers – something we’ve called a ChillyBilly. Customers essentially own their own ChillyBilly and these can be used however you choose in between deliveries.
