9Dorf Farms chickens are housed in a movable dwelling that is shifted every day to give them access to new pasture. At 9Dorf, they believe it is vitally important for the chickens to have fresh air, sunshine and exercise.

Located in south east Queensland, Elgin Valley chickens roam free on acres of lush green pasture and we’ve developed state of the art ways to make them as comfortable and carefree as we can.
Every part of the process – from our specially developed protective netting to the feed we give to our chooks is designed to make sure that our product is as natural and healthy as possible. Our commitment to you is that you will have tasty, ethically produced, chicken free from any growth promoting hormones, that you can feel good about feeding to your family.
BRISBANE VALLEY QUAIL

BVP offers the world’s largest table quail – a delectable bird so large it can be served as a main course – that has featured on the menus of leading chefs including Neil Perry and Heston Blumenthal.
Derived from the Coturnix Quail variety, the birds are hormone and antibiotic free and grown in large, naturally ventilated barns on BVP family-owned farms.

MAREMMA DUCKS
Pastured. Free range.
Maremma Free Range ducks are raised completely free range and chemical free in Taralga, NSW by Tathra Place Free Range. These birds are Australia’s ONLY true free range Aylesbury Pekin ducks. The ducks roam free in flocks with Maremma dogs to protect them from any predator in the sky or on the ground as part of a highly rotational land healing regenerative agricultural system.
The birds eat a non GMO grain supplement that completes a diet of grasses, bugs, worms and anything else they can find. The completely natural way the ducks are raised results in an intense flavour complexity in the meat, a deeper and richer texture and a thicker layer of fat coverage.
They have access to water from the Wombeyan Caves aquifer which is very pure drinking water. Our ducks also have access to something we have developed called a dunk tank which gives them access to clean water for bathing and good beak health which is imperative for the health of water fowl.
With plenty of natural pasture, zero chemicals and zero hormones, these ducks are true pasture and ethically raised ducks.
