AWARD WINNERS
WE WON!! WE WON!! WE WON!!
A couple of weeks ago we asked you guys to put some good vibes out there for us when we entered a few of our burgers & sausages into the 2021 (QLD/Bris North West) Sausage King, Best Butchers Burger and Smallgoods Competition.
We entered 2 products in the ‘Best Butchers Beef Burger’ category & we won the GOLD & SILVER for them.
GOLD MEDAL for our Gourmet Beef Burger
SILVER MEDAL for our Dry Aged Beef Burgers
We entered 3 products in the ‘Poultry Sausage’ category & we won the GOLD, SILVER & BRONZE for them.
GOLD MEDAL for our Butter Chicken Sausages
SILVER MEDAL for our Thai Peanut Chicken
BRONZE MEDAL for our Chicken Jalapeno Poppers
Needless to say, we’re pretty stoked with that result. Congrats to our team but of course a very big thank you & shout out to our expert sausage & burger makers – especially Ben, our Rosalie manager who was responsible for the actual competition entries.
Each store makes their own burgers & sausages using our well guarded Meat at Billy’s recipes. Inevitably they can vary slightly due to each creators individual touches.
AVAILABILITY – we like to keep things on rotation to keep things interesting (for you & us). This is a general guide as to when these medal winners are available.
