Product Description

Chuck Beef (Whole)

Premium, local, grass fed chuck beef (whole).

This is ‘the’ cut of beef that you want for any recipe calling for shredded beef … think Mexican Shredded Beef Tacos, Shredded Beef Ragu Pasta or a hearty Beef Stew.
Chuck, or neck, is a fairly hard working muscle making it rich in collagen & sinews that melt away to become gelatinous with a long cook at low temperatures.

If you’d like to order the chuck already diced for you, order here instead DICED CHUCK

$30kg

Our chuck beef is sourced from Rangelands Quality Meats , a local Queensland supplier that we’ve been working with since Meat at Billy’s opened.
