Our beef mince is our biggest selling item. It’s minced fresh daily and has NOTHING else added to it, ever!
When cooking things like bolognese, cottage pie etc… for best results heat your pan to very hot, season mince well & cook in small batches. This all helps to ensure the mince will properly sear/brown and this all adds extra flavour & improves the texture of your dish.
