Product Description

Pork medallions are also known as pork loin steaks.

Lean, tender and versatile, pork medallions are cut from the pork loin – one of the premium, naturally tender parts of the animal.
With a fine grain and mild flavour, they’re the perfect choice when you want a quick-cooking cut that delivers on taste and tenderness.

Their even thickness makes them ideal for pan-searing, grilling, or baking, and because they’re lean, they cook in minutes.
Keep them simple with a seasoning of salt and pepper, or dress them up with a marinade, crumb coating, or a creamy pan sauce.

Perfect for weeknight dinners or entertaining, pork medallions work beautifully in recipes such as:

• Classic pork schnitzel

• Pork with mustard cream sauce

• Asian-style sticky pork medallions

• Mediterranean sheet pan dinners with veggies and herbs

A wholesome, family-friendly cut that’s as versatile as chicken breast, but with its own rich, juicy character.
This cut is perfect pan fried or grilled on the barbecue. They are known for being moist and tender and cook quickly.

These pork medallions are a minimum 150g each.
