PEANUT SATAY BEEF STIR FRY
Price range: $16.00 through $64.00
Product Description
Created in-house, Billy’s peanut satay beef stir fry is made with the perfect balance of premium grass fed rump steak strips, a mix of vegetables (green beans, onion and capsicum) and a sweet peanut satay sauce.
For every 2kg of vegetables in our stir fry, we add a generous 3kg of rump strips. However, if you want to make it go further, just add some additional Asian greens or broccolini.
GLUTEN FREE
$32 per KG
For best results, cook the stir fry hot & fast in smaller separate batches. Anything less than a very high heat or having too much meat in the pan at one time will cause your stir fry to braise in liquid.
Feel free to add some additional Asian greens, broccolini or your other favourite stir fry vegetables.
Serve with noodles, rice or Ancient grains & quinoa and garnish with fresh coriander toasted coconut flakes.
You could even swap out the the Sticky Beef Stir Fry with the Peanut Beef Stir Fry and use any leftovers in this recipe (dipping sauce optional).
STICKY BEEF STIR FRY SALAD WITH LIME, PEPPER & SALT DIPPING SAUCE
