ONE PAN CHICKEN KEBABS
This is the kind of easy dinner that we’re all about. Start with your favourite Meat at Billy’s chicken kebabs, add a tray of colourful vegetables, then finish everything off with plenty of fresh toppings and a good squeeze of lemon.
The beauty of this recipe is that there are no strict rules. Choose your favourite kebab flavour, pick whatever vegetables you have in the fridge, then get creative with the garnishes. Keep things simple with a few fresh herbs and lemon, or load it up with chilli, crispy fried onions, sesame seeds and furikake.
Everything cooks together in one pan, making this a seriously easy option for busy weeknights, with very little prep and even less washing up. You can also serve it exactly as it is, or add some rice, flatbread or a fresh salad if you’re feeding a crowd or looking to stretch it a little further.
The vegetables roast underneath the kebabs, soaking up all those delicious juices as everything cooks. The result is a colourful, flavoursome dinner that is ready in around 25 minutes.
