Just back from an intense 5 month trip to Palau and want to say a big thank you and shout out to all the gang at Meat at Billy’s, in particular Brad & Billy.

I was first recommended Meat at Billy’s by Brady Wiseman of Chefspec who was assisting me in purchasing new galley equipment. I hadn’t been to Brisbane before and knew we were setting off to a very remote area of the world for an extended time after our yard period.

I ordered a smallish order from Meat and Billy’s and exactly the same order from another company. Billy’s exceeded all expectations from the initial contact made, through to the packaging and the delivery.

The quality of their meat is 100%. Brad will provided all the background info on the products – where it is from, how it is raised etc. The packaging is neat, precise to your requirements, labelled and minimum packaging used.

They will collect any polystyrene boxes used (smaller amounts come in quality cardboard boxes) and deliver over several days if placing a large order.

Specific items required for guests such as sausages, turkey meat, turkey bacon and turkey chorizo can be made to order to the size you want . They are just brilliant. They also assisted us in Palau and shipped products to us via an agent in Melbourne and privately to us in Cairns.

I can not recommend this family business more highly . If you are visiting Australia they can ship to you directly and if you need to provision for a long ocean passage from Brisbane after a yard period don’t go anywhere else! They can prepare, freeze and store your order until you are ready for delivery.

Just the best butcher in Brisbane with out a doubt!
