Pacdon Park’s White Pudding is made using an Irish recipe of local beef suet, rolled oats, breadcrumbs, milk powder and bacon.
Slice into rounds, approximately 1.5cm thick. Heat a small amount of oil or lard in a shallow frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the white pudding slices. Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes . Remove the casing before eating.
Completes any cooked breakfast or works brilliantly as a stuffing for a delicious roast chicken!
