Borrowdale Free Range Pork USA pork ribs marinated in Billy’s special hickory BBQ sauce.
(approx 3-4 ribs per kg). Average serve 500g per person.
These ribs are best cooked low and slow.
Preheat your oven to 140ºC . Place the ribs into an oven safe dish an add enough chicken stock to come about 1cm up the side of the dish. Cover the baking dish with baking paper then a layer of foil over the top. Place in the oven and bake for 3 hours. In the last 30 minutes of cooking remove the foil and baking paper and cook uncovered basting the ribs every 10 minutes.
Serve with some extra BBQ sauce. We recommend the Beef and Rib Sauce from Boutique Sauces. A side of coleslaw, onion rings and grilled corn on the cob
