St Louis Pork Ribs – THE KING OF PORK RIBS
Free Range Pork St Louis cut pork ribs are the pork spare rib with the belly meat still attached… these are truly meaty ribs & considered the KING OF RIBS! St Louis pork ribs from Meat at Billy’s come perfectly fully trimmed, ready for you to get cooking immediately.
Low and slow cooking is the way to go with these.
Here are some basic cooking instructions to get you started
Choose your own adventure when it comes to the rub and sauce you choose.
Finding your own favourite rub/sauce combo is part of the fun.
Oven or Smoker – 160°C
Liberally season ribs with your preferred rub.
Cook for 1.5 hours.
Remove ribs from oven/smoker and place in a create a foil boat for the ribs.
Drizzle with sauce. Add butter here if you’re up for a little more decadence.
Seal and return to the oven/smoker to cook for another 2 hours.
For the last half an hour, open up the foil and increase temperature to 180°C.
