How to serve:

• Cook the meatballs in the oven or air fryer until golden and cooked through.
• Heat the satay sauce on the stovetop or in the microwave.
• Toss the cooked meatballs through the warm satay sauce, or serve the sauce on the side for dipping.

Serving suggestion: Finish with freshly sliced shallots and chopped coriander.
