Created in-house, Billy’s lemon garlic chicken stir fry is a tasty combination of free range chicken breasts strips marinated in white wine, coconut cream, lemon zest & garlic with fresh green beans, capsicum & onion.
For every 2kg of vegetables in our stir fry, we add a generous 3kg of chicken breast pieces. However, if you want to make it go further, just add some extra Asian greens or broccolini.
For best results, cook your stir fry in small batches, hot and fast.
Serve with steamed rice or on top of noodles. Garnish with fresh coriander, a lemon wedge & crushed peanuts or cashews.
