Product Description
Our Chicken Thigh Roaster Mediterranean is a boneless rolled free range chicken maryland. They are filled with a mix of fetta, semi-dried tomato, spinach, char-grilled capsicum and Billy’s double smoked bacon. They are topped with Italiano marinade, crumbled fetta and shallots.
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 30/35 mins or until the internal temperature reaches 70ºC/165ºF.
Microwave some whole potatoes for 5-6 minutes to soften, then slice thinly and arrange on the base of a roasting dish. Season with salt and pepper and place chicken Mediterraneans on top and bake as per above.
