Our 10hr Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder has been cooked for hours in a Mediterranean Spice Rub until meltingly tender, falling from the bone.

Serves 4-6 people
Here are some serving suggestions;
- Winter roasted root vegetables
- Tomato & cucumber salsa, lemony yoghurt & flatbreads
- Harissa couscous & green bean salad
Reheating Instructions:
Remove packaging and place lamb into a baking tray.
Cover with foil and reheat on 180°C for 30 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of water in the tray for this step if you’d like to create a lamb just for serving.
Remove foil and add a squeeze of fresh lemon before returning to the oven for another 30 minutes to crisp the skin.
As all ovens and lamb shoulders differ slightly, the best way to know if your lamb shoulder has been reheated adequately is to ensure the internal temperature of the meat is 75°C minimum by using a meat thermometer.
