Here at Meat at Billy’s we love supporting our local community. We have a large number of sporting and community groups, charities and schools that we regularly support. Hear and Say is one particular local Ashgrove charity Billy has proudly supported for over 5 years.

As Meat at Billy’s nominated charity, over the years we’ve held and participated in many events to raise money for Hear and Say. For those that aren’t familiar with the work that Hear and Say does, they support people with hearing loss and their families through research, training & education, screening and support programs and assist with access to world class audiology and hearing technology.

It’s because of this valuable support to the community, that Meat at Billy’s is proud to be involved with Hear and Say.

To date, Meat at Billy’s has raised roughly $34,000 for Hear and Say. Over the years, there’s been the annual Loud Shirt Day, Goodwill Bridge Swings (who can forget Billy swinging off the Goodwill Bridge in a full cow suit??!!), the Hear and Say Giving Day and various other events. Sadly, many of Hear and Say’s fundraising events were cancelled last year due COVID which is a huge blow to an organisation that relies on fund raising to deliver its world leading support.

So this year we’ve decided to hold the ULTIMATE MEAT TRAY raffle. This is not your ordinary pub level meat tray… it is $400 worth of premium meat and products that will stock your fridge and freezer for weeks. Best of all, there’s not one but THREE meat trays to be won.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Ticket sales will commence on Thursday 1st July at 6.00am and conclude on Tuesday 31st August at 6.30PM.
2. There will be three prizes drawn:
* one meat tray from the Ashgrove store barrel;
* one meat tray from the Rosalie store barrel;
* one meat tray from the Online Tickets barrel.
3. The draw for the winners will take place on Thursday 2nd September at the Stafford office.
4. Entrants need not be present to win.
5. The Meat Trays cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
6. Contents of the Meat Trays may vary from the images shown, depending on stock availability.
7. The Meat Trays must be taken in their entirety. They can’t be split up for future collection.
8. Products included on the Meat Tray can not be swapped or substituted. 
9. Prize Collection:
In Store ticket purchases: Prize must be collected from the store which produced the winning ticket ie. one meat tray from Ashgrove and one from Rosalie.
Online ticket purchases: Prize must be collected from our Stafford warehouse or will be delivered if the winner is located within our Home Delivery zone. Note, for delivery, winner MUST be home to receive the prize at a mutually agreeable day & time.
10. All winners will be notified by phone within 2 days of the winners being drawn and the winner’s details will be published on the Meat at Billy’s Facebook and Instagram. accounts.
11. If the winner cannot be contacted with 48 hours of the draw, the prize will be drawn again.
