Our lamb, lemon & Haloumi sausages are inspired by the flavours of Greece. They’re a tasty combination of oregano & thyme, haloumi and a hint of lemon. They are made in-house using free range lamb.
They contain freshly minced free range lamb, Greek herbs, onion, Haloumi and chicken stock.
