SMOKED BBQ PULLED PORK PARCEL
What’s inside?

Handmade from start to finish, our Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork Parcel may look simple from the outside but inside…

First we rub pork collar butt with our own a Memphis BBQ spice bend before smoking for hours over ironbark.
After a few hours rest and wrapped, the pork gets pulled, seasoned & dressed with a smokey, Tennessee BBQ Sauce.
Puff pastry gets cut to size and we place a good portion of the pulled pork on top.
Next up, American melty cheese and a finishing drizzle of BBQ sauce.
Almost done, we wrap it up, brush with ghee and finish with a dusting of Memphis BBQ spice.
