These single serve free range chicken supreme roaster Pumpkin & Fetta are made in house from a chicken breast on the bone, stuffed with roast pumpkin, fetta and lightly seasoned with lemon & garlic.

Brush or spray with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 mins or until cooked and golden brown. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 75ºC when tested with a digital thermometer. For a little extra taste, add chopped capsicum, broccoli and onion to the roasting pan.
