BEEF CHEEKS – CAPE GRIM (250G)
Price range: $18.00 through $54.00
Product Description
Grass Fed Beef Cheeks
Beef cheeks are generally always the prized part of the animal for their incredible flavour. This muscle is often hard at work and requires a long, slow cook at lower temperatures to really allow the connective tissues & fat to render down & release loads of flavour. Beef cheeks will differ from animal to animal in terms of the exact cooking time required, so, with it’s always good to allow more cooking time then specified in your recipe just in case extra cooking time is required. It happens.
Meat at Billy’s beef cheeks come trimmed, ready to cook. It’s worth noting that beef cheeks purchased from other retailers often require trimming / removing of the silver skin attached.
