Product Description
We’ve trimmed and sliced the topside beef into thin slices that are perfect for making jerky or biltong. These slices can also be used for Italian beef roll ups/involtini, beef schnitzels, thin beef escalopes or cut the slices into thin strips and use them in your favourite beef stir fry recipe.
Topside beef is taken from the back legs of the cow which makes this cut super lean yet still tender.
