Grilled pork medallions are always a winner. They’re tasty, lean, economical and quick to cook. Pork works so well with many sweet and savoury flavours.
Alana has paired the pork medallions with a lovely autumnal braised cabbage. This braised cabbage recipe is almost like a warm pickle, it has a good amount of vinegar, a little sugar and a nice dollop of mustard.

Our Asian Sesame Pork medallions are a popular and easy mid week meal solution. They’re great simply pan fried on their own but this recipe puts a delicious and interesting spin on them with a noodle soup.
The broth is super easy to make and comes together in less than 25 minutes. You’ll be slurping umami packed noodles and mushrooms in no time.
A super simple recipe using our Italian pork meatballs. Feel free to mix up the vegetables. Pumpkin, zucchini or eggplant would also work well. You could also add some feta or goats cheese to the pan or crumble over the top at the end.
