A fresh field mushroom filled with a mixture of fetta, spinach & sun dried tomato.
Oven bake or BBQ. It is a meal in itself!
Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Or they also taste great cooked on the hot plate of the BBQ.
Serve on a bed of spiced quinoa and natural yoghurt or on polenta with a rocket salad.
